Heaven Partners has been awarded the Seal of Excellence (Mükemmeliyet Mührü) by TÜBİTAK, Türkiye's national scientific and technological research council, under its BiGG investment-based entrepreneurship program. The Seal is granted to ventures judged highest on technological innovation, commercial potential, and investability — and it qualifies Heaven Partners for its first investment through the TÜBİTAK BiGG Fund.
The recognition was awarded to a select group of ventures at Teknopark İstanbul, the technology park in Pendik where Heaven Partners is based.
Founded by Toprak Palalı and Ömer Yaka, Heaven Partners is building agent-native talent management — autonomous AI agents that run the operational side of an artist's career, from distribution and royalties to booking and analytics.
What the Seal of Excellence means
The Seal of Excellence is a quality mark for early-stage companies. Evaluators assess each venture's maturity, commercialization path, and investability, and reserve the Seal for the proposals that clear the highest bar. For Heaven Partners, it does two things: it independently validates the product and the market we're building for, and it opens the door to our first institutional backing.
